Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand business needs and transform them into technical specifications and solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using a modern technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL, React/Typescript/Node.js, AWS).
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve software defects, and ensure best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Engage in client and team interactions, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service.
Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that meets business and technical requirements within established timelines.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, performance, and the user experience.
Work on a variety of technologies and projects, gaining exposure to new tools and domains.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a Full Stack Software Developer, working with .NET, C#, SQL, React, Typescript, Node.js, and AWS.
Demonstrated ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative software.
Excellent communication skills, with a record of successful customer and team interactions.
Self-motivated, highly productive, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Must be a US citizen living within the contiguous United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Fintech or mortgage technology is a huge plus.
Experience working in contract or consulting roles and managing multiple projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Track record of delivering software solutions in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
